Position: Sales Executive – mApartment App

Job Description:

  • Generate own Leads, pursue Incoming Leads for www.mapartment.in and “mApartment” mobile app
  • Meet Potential Customers in Apartment/Villa Communities
  • Present Product Demo
  • Stay Up-To Date with Product Updates, Market Developments, Competitive Landscape
  • Follow-Up Prospective Deals to Closure

What Are We Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Startup, Telecom and Real Estate industry
  • Disciplined Follow-Up Methods
  • Own Vehicle, love for the Roads
  • Target Oriented Fast Closer
  • Gets energized by working in a hustle and competency-based environment
  • To generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales
  • Need to do continuous follow up
  • Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits
  • Handle correspondence related to all sales activities
  • B2B & B2C Exposure Customer meetings
  • Essential Skills and Experience Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ (B.Com/ BBM/ BBA/ MBA/ PGDM)
  • Good written & spoken English
  • Handle End- to- End sales process (sourcing leads, following up on leads, converting leads, giving demos of the product, sending quotations, closing the deals)
  • Create and implement strategies to source leads via various online/ offline channel (online marketing, conduct events etc.)
